How do I choose what product and size I want?
Simply swipe side to side to see the different product offerings, and click on the product you would like. Once selected, do the same thing to choose the size of the print you want.
How do I choose my image? Where can I choose it from?
In order to choose your image, you first must choose the product and size print you would like. After doing so, the screen will prompt you to choose a file from your camera roll, instagram, and facebook.
Can I crop an image?
Once your image is selected, you can zoom in by pinching the image until it is zoomed in to your liking.
Can I make changes to my picture from the app?
You cannot make changes to a picture directly from the Pixuru app. You must do so prior to the ordering process through Pixuru.
When it comes to canvas, Pixuru produces the best available on the market. Your image is printed directly on a UV-coated satin finish canvas. Price includes hanging hardware and black mat board backing. Canvas prints are available as a gallery wrap, or with a solid border. iPad covers are a great addition to any product lineup that will set you apart from the crowd and offer your clients a fun & unique way to customize and cover their iPads with your amazing images. We offer two different iPad Cover options. Only available through the Smartphone apps.
What types of iPad Covers are available?
Snap-On Silicone Cover – This slim profile cover has a Printed Metal Insert in a tough plastic shell and is designed to fit the iPad2 and iPad3 (also known as the “New iPad”). This cover contains openings for the camera lens and any buttons or ports that need accessed. This cover does not cover the touch-screen portion of the iPad.
Soft Folio Stand Cover – Available for iPad 1, iPad2 and iPad3. This cover not only protects the iPad, it also doubles as a stand with three adjustable stand settings, so propping it up for use is easy. It is made with a smooth printable fabric cover, leatherette back and microsuede interior & spine. Please note that although the iPad 1 will fit into the Soft Folio Stand Cover, there is a camera hole fabricated on all Soft Folio Stand Covers, which the iPad1 does not have…but all ports are still accessible. The iPad 1 will be a bit snug in this case as compared to the iPad 2 or 3.
What size file do I need?
Feel free to send us what you have. If we see a problem wtih the file, we will contact you. Don’t worry, we won’t produce your order if we don’t think it will look good. Your image is safe with us.
What if something is wrong with the image/file I have chosen?
Once we have received your order, we will review the images selected to ensure that nothing is wrong with it. If we do not think a quality product can be made from the image, we will inform you of any recommendations.

How do I apply my discount?
After entering your billing information, you can enter your discount code. Once you have entered all your information, you will see a summary of your order with the discount included.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
Once we have shipped your order, we will send email confirmation.
What is the estimated delivery of the products?
2 days in house plus shipping time, (1-4 days depending on where you’re located in the US)
Can I place an order with rushed shipping?
If you need your products quickly, we do offer a 50% rush service. Please contact our customer experience team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if my order is not correct?
We strive to produce every order to our customers complete satisfaction. However, if your order arrives incorrect, please contact customer service at email@example.com. Our support team will work with you to make it right!
How do I clean my canvas prints?
If you would need to clean your canvas just use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and gently wipe away dirt and dust. Do not use any type of cleaning products or other chemical solutions. This may have a reaction with the UV Protection spray.
Can I hang my print where it will get direct sun light?
When choosing the perfect spot for your canvas, we recommend placing the canvas where it will not be subject to direct sunlight for extended periods of time. Though your canvas is sprayed with a UV Protector, over exposure to sunlight can cause discoloration and damage of your print.
Can I hang my print outside?
In addition to the direct sunlight, it is best to avoid extreme temperatures and humidity. It is best that a canvas be displayed indoors away from the elements. However, a metal print won’t rust or discolor, so it is the perfect option for outdoor art.
What happens if I receive any products and they are damaged?
We would need you to take a photo of the damaged product or damaged packaging and email to firstname.lastname@example.org. From there we will get in touch with you and correct this for you right away.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Pixuru. In all cases we will try to ensure that all customers receive excellent customer service. In some instances, it may be necessary for Pixuru to replace or refund damaged products. Below are general guidelines that we follow in servicing our customers.
Notice of damaged merchandise must be submitted to Pixuru in writing via email within 72 hours upon documented delivery date by the shipping courier.
**Damaged prints need to be returned to Pixuru for inspection before refunds or replacements can be submitted. In some instances, Pixuru may waive this requirement upon discretion. Upon contacting Pixuru, further details on replacement procedures will be provided.† Please save all packing material, as it will be required by Fed Ex to inspect to determine if the package was damaged by them in shipping.
Pixuru is not responsible for damage to prints after they have been delivered and caused by a third party. Damaged items that occur prior to or as a result of shipping and handling can be replaced for free once they are returned to Pixuru.† Please email us images of the damaged prints if you can.
What if I am unhappy with my final product?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your final product, please contact us at email@example.com. Include a picture of your purchase, and a description of what is wrong with your product. We will work with you to make sure you are happy as a clam or we will give you your money back if we cannot resolve the issue.
